With easyEXCHANGE, you have access to interfaces that enable unidirectional or bidirectional exchange of machine data, such as energy consumption and quantities. Standardised protocols are ready to use or flexibly adaptable.

easyEXCHANGE includes modules such as energyFOOTPRINT und OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) which help you to use your DESMA machine data efficiently and in a connected environment.

 

Your energy consumption at a glance

The energyFOOTPRINT module from the easyEXCHANGE product group provides you with detailed insights into the energy and compressed air consumption of your DESMA machine. 

The recorded consumption data can be transferred to compatible third-party software via a standardised interface. 

 

OEE - making efficiency visible

The "OEE" (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) module from the easyEXCHANGE product group calculates the overall equipment effectiveness of your production system. It generates production result data that reflects actual productivity in comparison to the theoretically possible maximum performance.

Based on various factors (e.g., machine run and stop times, ideal cycle time, and the total number of saleable items), the following key performance indicators are calculated: Availability, Performance, and Quality.

The OEE metrics are transmitted via a standardised interface to compatible third-party software and can then be used for business analysis within your company.

yOUR SHORT CUT TO your machine visualization

The easyLOGIN Modul is offered as an optional feature for the DEScan® Multitouch. The individual RFID-Chip enables each user to easily log in at the DEScan® terminal. To increase the safety in operation, an Auto-Logout function is offered, so that inactive users are automatically logged out after a set period of inactivity. The reading device can read various different RFID-Chips so that your already existing company chips may also be used to benefit from the solution.
